We all tend to use our phone a lot. We literally can’t keep staring at our smartphone screen for a second. With the amount of apps that we use, we are bound to do it. It so happens that you might be at home or with friends, using the phone and each app produces its own notification sounds. I personally have had many such issues. I have always wished ‘why can’t the phone know that I am using it and not play the notification when I use it’. Although the phone might not have heard, a developer did and introduced an awesome app.
You do get some nifty features with the app:
- It avoids the notification sounds when you are using your smartphone. The notifications will be restored after you turn the screen off.
- You can set the number of notifications alert to be played for any number of notifications within a specific time limit.
- If you have a lot of notifications within a particular time only, the app can set only one alert to be played for all the notifications.
The app works fine with WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Viber, Tango, Skype, Instagram, Snapchat, IMO, KIK. You would need to have an android device of version 4.3 (JellyBean) or above for the app to work.
Here’s a quick guide for beginners:
- Download the app from the playstore. [The app is less than 2Mb in size]
